Optional auto-pause while resting

Optional auto-pause will pause your workout timer when you remain nearly stationary and resume when you start moving again. You can enable it in Settings or change it during a workout on your iPhone or Apple Watch. It will stay off by default because resting and drifting can be part of a paddle. Detection uses GPS movement, so drifting in a current may continue recording. Manual pause remains available, and Race Mode keeps its existing timing behavior.
